You could bake some low carb muffins (use ground almonds, coconut or sesame flour) - thes can be sweet o savoury, and will keep in the fridge for about a weelk. You can make a sort of porridge with cream and ground almonds, or look at the various Linwoods offerings, again with cream. They are rather expensive but you need very little to make an adequate breakfast bowl! Amazon sell these packs, but I've bought the flax, nuts and Q10 version from
Tescos. You can also make a bowl of ful fat/Greek yoghurt wit a few berries, or actually eat any low carb foods that you fancy - you don't have to eat a traditional breakfast, and this makes eating first thing a lot simpler. Coffee with a generous helping of double cream can often keep you gong until lunch time.
