Don't have too many hypos in this heat drink plenty (non alcholic) and some tasty snacks through the day will help. supposed to be the hottest day of the year so far! Plenty to do today i will be painting in the garden, too nice to do anything indoors. Plenty suncream also! :)

Hi brett I hope the painting went well  I had two higher readings yesterday( I was not a happy bunny) and no hypo's, so not sure what is going on :? Have a safe and an enjoyable day.

Best wishes RRB :)

Spent yesterday in a very hot auditorium playing fanfares and stuff for graduation ceremonies. Same thing, three times, most of it in medieval Welsh!

Today, bit of nice relaxing gardening. Nothing taxing. Dead heading etc. Had epic sunscreen failure and got burnt! :(

The weekend is not off to a good start.

:) not quite.

I was wearing sunscreen but I missed a couple of bits. :/

This is the first weekend I've had off in about six months. - now I remember why I like gardening at night!
