Bringing levels down?

If you have hypo symptoms it's fairly easy to bring levels back up. But what about the other way round for a type 2 on Metformin? I can't test atm but I feel my level is high & wish I could do something to bring it down a bit.
Also I hate it when you really don't feel like eating at all but feel you have to. Anyone else the same or am I just weird?
Just taken my Metformin early, this evening though I doubt that will really make any difference.
 
Hi,

If we could all feel when our levels are high and low then there would be no need for test strips.
You may be experiencing false hypos and without testing you will not be able to know.
