There have been a few questions recently asking for info about different drugs, insulin a etc, what effects do they have, what, if any, side effects etc.
The BNF is the bible as far as prescribed drugs in the UK are concerned. If it is not in this book then it cannot be prescribed
Unless you are part of a research programme in which case other rules apply.

I have found it tremendously helpful when prescribed new drugs, or drug therapy is changed.
