hopefully you have a basis to go forward with adding or keeping green veggies in the diet
they are universally acknowledged as being the best part of a low carb diet

I should have given more information. Hubby diagnosed type2 in 2009, still not on meds and latest hba1c was 40 so he is doing well. I eat the same food he does, as I'm on lifelong steroids and need watch my carb intake. We currently eat a lot of green veg, but I thought it was zero carbs, I don't know why I got that idea. So the 10 carbs shocked me and I wondered if I was doing the wrong thing. I understand now that 10 carbs is ok - thanks!
