Broken Lancet Device

Does anyone know how to fix a lancet device? I seem to have broken mine. Can it be fixed? I can’t check my blood glucose otherwise!
 
since these devices usually have the same principle of operation, I can assume that you need insert the fallen off part into the top and turn it. If the lancet pen is completely broken, you can unscrew the lower part and get a needle with which you can prick your finger.

Thats what I have had to resort to.
 
No such luck with that idea
 
I end up with multiple unused lancet devices in my draw because I never bother with one (just jab a naked lancet into my finger) and every time I get a new glucometer (mine seems to fail after 2-3 years) it comes with a new unwanted lancet device.
