Ask him or her and see if they will give you another one. I do not like your chances though being a T2.

Phone the manufacturer and they will supply a new one I did!

I'd say of your strips are on prescription, give the manufacturer a call. Their real income comes from the strips, so will be keen to keep with with them. That said, if your Doc gave you your meter, they might just have another in a drawer/cupboard they could give you.

Probably sounds strange but if you are in the UK I have a brand new one (kit) that I could post to you. It's a Codefree with lancets and testing strips - which can be bought fairly cheaply on Ebay and Amazon

Good news I spoke to the receptionist st my GP surgery and she said to me take a seat cause the nurse is with someone. Two mins later and a new meter jobs a good yin lol
