Broken wrist

O. ..... And the wife says to hold it straight above your head to try and reduce the swelling ..if that really hurts then ring 111 .. I wondered why she was doing that (raised arm thing ) last time she broke her wrist ! Thought she just wanted to leave the room :shy:
Thanks enclave and thanks to Mrs enclave. Where plaster was loose it had caught on bone and was pressing on nerve. Hence pins and needles. They think. Took one look at it and even with swelling said it was too loose though shouldn't have moved it to show hubbie looseness. Now re plastered and feels a lot snugger and not loose.they put a smaller sleeve on before tey plastered so hopefully all will be ok. 2 back slabs and 3 casts later!

So pleased it's sorted out now .. The wife was worried ! Me being a typical male will not worry untill the wife tells me to ;)

So pleased you got it sorted, I know when I broke my ankle and the plaster wasn't right it was so so painfull, take it easy and keep your arm raised hopefully it will ease the pain.
