BS readings

Yeah. Still really excited. Just shows what a bit of effort and support from on here can do. Now if someone can just make me like oily fish more I'll be winning.

I love tinned red salmon with a pickled onion sliced up and mixed in and lots of mayo. I have 4 small tins a week with my salads. Not a lover of tuna but tend to have it when I eat lunch out, and I don't like mackerel or pilchards. Remind me of cat food. Mind you, tuna-mayo reminds me of cat sick too!

I am so fortunate to like most things including mackerel, sardines, escargot, etc., plus olives and olive oil, nuts, Brussels sprouts, etc. Not yet tried raw oysters (cooked - yum) and I wouldn't even try raw meat (steak tartare, for example) but carpaccio (which is marinaded and so chemically cooked if you ask me) is OK, I absolutely love sashimi and sushi and had all sorts of weird versions in Japan; even had sea urchin but wasn't that enthralled!
