Too many carbs at pub dinner - blaming the chorizo and black pudding tapas
I had a 9 this evening too. Blaming the meat and spud pie (tiny morsel of pastry) plus glass of wine and coffee with cream. I was pretty pleased to be honest to be back in the 5's after 2 hours.
5.1 before tea
9.0 at 1hr
8.0 at 90mins
5.9 at 2hrs
5.2 at 3hrs.
There was no way I'd be back there by 2hrs. I overindulged in all departments - chorizo , black pudding, halloumi and walnut saiad and 6 fat chips and garlic mayo. At least I made effort to peddle to lower it.

I am happy with the rise after breakfast but not happy with the high results overall.
