BS readings

That's so good..the other day I had bacon about 3 rashers. Then cooked mushrooms in the same pan. Then an egg too and a tomato. A whole big fried breakfast that didn't even raise me more than 1 point...I love that I never need to go hungry and often just have a cheese or ham or chicken salad at lunch with hellmans mayo. I've never eaten so well. Are you enjoying it too Ally? Have you read the thread " what did you eat today". I got loads of ideas there.

i had 2 hard boiled eggs and tomatoes and went up 2.2

You've really got the hang of this now Ally. I hope you have a decent variety in your diet. I'd hate you to do all this hard work, then be completely bored with your diet.

You said on another thread you were looking at yogurts, so that is a good start for something different. You can have this for breakfast with a few berries (a few!) or as a pudding after lunch or tea. Did you look on the thread "what have you eaten today" for some ideas?
 
I got some really good ideas from that thread ally. Have been following both you and alliebee! I've been struggling a bit and your successes upkeep me going I'm usually in the 7s and 8s. Had the occasional 6 and a few 9s. Sometimes hard to see why. Had real sugar/cake cravings the last couple of days but managed to stay strong! Felt a bit downhearted when I read on another thread that you shouldn't eat if pre meal is more than 7.0. I'd never eat!! It was tough not to think I give up then and hit the choc! Not a bad day for me so far- 8.5 first thing but then low 7s.
 
sam72 five months ago my readings were in the high 20.s to early 30.s
