BS readings

OK to days reading are not particularly good

Pre Breakfast (no food since 10:30 night before) 4.9, 2hrs later 7.8
Pre lunch 6.5, 2hrs later 11.6
Pre evening meal 8.4, 2hrs later 6.7

Not sure why the big jump for breakfast as I had the same as I always have, I think the lunch time jump was due to a cereal bar I had, it was a different combination (from the same range as previous bars). But I find the evening meal the most interesting as I had a curry and rice which I was expecting to send me over.

Dunno why (low carb breakfast and a metformin tablet to go with it to make up for yesterday's miss) but my driveway just got a solid workout in the rain for 50 laps so we'll see where we're at in another 25 minutes
 
Down to 7.3 ....once again proving my theory re exercise immediately following a meal, NOT at one hour afterwards

I've been extremely careful with carbs this week. Weight is stable. Not losing anymore thank god and todays fasting was 7.1 my personal best

As i said, you stole the prawns off the BBQ. Well done. Nite Alliebee

It's no wonder strips are in short supply You're not supposed to test between mouthfuls ....and fried bread TUT TUT

just finishing Breakfast then remembered had not tested for fasting...... of FF Yogurt + cream, Berries, Flaxseed & black tea.

Fasting 7.1 ...back on the carb wagon after a weekend of indulgence. Oddly and thankfully my weight hasn't moved. It didn't help when I ran out of strips on Friday, they say ignorance is bliss
 
Lost a pound but been on pretty much v low carb without trying as fancying big omlettes and soup and cheese and cream and berries. My portion sizes go down a lot and lchf is such a habit now. Hey ho
