BS readings

Oh dear @cold ethyl that's 3 of us now. Still, I bet you enjoyed it. Tomorrow is another day, for all 3 of us. :).

I enjoyed it but not as much as I should have for that rise!! I have always loved the curry sauce but it's too much along with the fish and a few chips and really I'm not that fussed on them without it so it will be a while before I bother again.

I know what you mean. I have it with mushy peas as I don't like curry. I can manage the fish and peas, or fish and a few chips, but not chips and peas.

Today is a new day wait for it..............................Fasting ...5.0 then business breakfast meeting at 02 headquarters, didnt like what was on offer croissants, danish pastries, pecan pie yummies. So had late breakfast in a greasy cafe after the meeting, fried egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, hash browns yes has browns, slice of white toast...(Dont do brown toast here mate) black tea. 1 hr 7.00 2 hour after walk 4.7 Pre lunch 4.9
THATS BETTER. No carrot and grapefruit juice and resisted the temptations of danish pastries stuff. "Things can only get better.....I said things can only get better!!

Yes I don't intend to do it too often. Had the time, the strips and desire. But @Kezzer4321 go for it!!
 
Goodness. I have just finished decorating our lovely tree. Stopped for a cup of tea. Tested just because my meter was on the table and hit a 3. 9 !! I've noticed this past week my readings are dropping despite eating larger portions to maintain weight and not lose anymore...I think the milk in my tea will keep me going till my tea..having it early tonight as I've got visitors coming. But may test in half an hour. ( eating just after 5 )

Won't your liver rescue you Allie, if needs be? I can't recall what meds regime you're on these days.
 
Yes I'm sure it will. I posted it because it surprised me..I'm just on metformin and forgazia. If anything I'm happy. Just under 4 just before a meal and I feel great :)
Lol @alliebee its great when you get a low like that and you feel great..minders crossed they keep coming :)
