Can I have an opinion please??
Pre lunch 7.2 (higher than normal cos I was late having lunch I think)
Had oats so simple porridge oats - original- with whole milk- 27g sachet (20 carbs gulp!)
Post lunch I hour 7.6
2 hours 9.0
3 hours 8.6
Will test again at 4 hours.... 6.7 (which is normal ish for me at the moment)
I can't tolerate any wheat products at all so I thought it would prob be a no but thought I would try. I don't normally go above low 7s any more at all so 9 was a shock. My instinct is that it's a no for the future? Or maybe only if I am in the 5s to start with?
Any thoughts?
