I have a bubble in my vial of novorapid. I have tried everything to get rid of it. Should I be worried about it?

Hold the pen upright and dial up 5 units, tap the insulin cartridge a few times till the bubble reaches the top just below the needle then press to release the insulin, by rights this should get rid of the air bubble.
