Yes I'm good with instant coffee ... bullet proof in fact!I agree, bulletproof coffee is amazing.
But I wouldn't want to have it every day - for the reasons listed in @catherinecherub 's article.
And I definitely wouldn't make it with instant - it does terrible things to my BG.
@JACKTHELAD , did you monitor your BG through the 6 hours of driving? Maybe you are luckier than me, and instant coffee has no negative effect.
Gotta be careful with facts ... some people don't like them at all.I tried some myself yesterday before a long bike ride, mug of espresso with a spoonful of coconut oil.
Not an unpleasant taste at all, but I managed to burn the roof of my mouth with scalding fact and coffee.

Was it caffeine absorption or the faster energy absorption from (MCT) coconut oil?TRied this again this morning alongside my berries, seeds and yogurt.
Anyone else reckon that the fats alter speed of caffiene absorption? It seemed to be much quicker on me this time.
