I still couldn't manage 2 slices at once. One is enough for me, two is too many.

I could eat half a loaf! I LOVE bread. Unfortunately......

Maximum of two slices of low carb bread a day for me too. I will have two slices today as we are off on a holiday in the U.K. (complete with pickled hard boiled eggs and baby bel cheese).

Often it is just one slice per day with breakfast, in my case. Strict cap of two though.

I mostly use wholegrain wraps for lunch but occasionally use the Burgen. The Burgen causes a higher, er, high. Not the illegal sort of high!
