It’s seems you’ve had a problem posting @LouisSunny, this could be because you are using the app to post, the app isn’t fully functional at the moment so it causes these problems, it’s best to post using your browser
Don’t know the answer to your question - it maybe it’s local authority based so will depend where you live. I’m T2 and over 60 but not entitled to a bus pass until I hit retirement age at 66
Try this link to find out if your local authority will allow you one, mine says I could if I had no driving licence due hypos requiring help from another person.
