rude d/n nurses and being treated like im wierd because im diabetic
found lovley recipie for butternut squash chips lovley n crisy id say better than usual spud ones have to see how they effect my levels xx

first go at it for me ,,, thought they were lovley nutty tasting , defo on my list again and even better there only 98p in asda for the squash so lots more chips to go :) x
 
Have you tried celeriac? I often do a mix of butternut squash and celeriac chips. Mmmmm
 
my advice for making these is to cut them in batches of different sizes because the amount there cooked seems to make them better, so as an experiment i cut them in little batches ie. really thin like fries all the way up to chunky, cook them all together and decide which is best :)
