Bye Bye QOF Framework Says NHS England

Customer helplines that use recorded menus that promise to put me through to the right person but never do - and being ill. Oh, and did I mention customer helplines :)
I wonder if this will be a good thing and help improve diabetic care and outcomes.

Of course I would like to think that individual care will improve for everyone but I cant help but wonder if that without the cash incentive of the QOF payment scheme some GP's may not be so vigilant in checking patients have attended their regular clinics and regular blood tests.
