gastro-intestinal disturbances including nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dyspepsia, abdominal pain and distension, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, decreased appetite; headache, dizziness, asthenia; hypoglycaemia; increased sweating, injection-site reactions; antibody formation; very rarely anaphylactic reactions; also reported constipation, flatulence, dehydration, taste disturbance, renal impairment, pancreatitis (see Cautions above), drowsiness, rash, pruritus, urticaria, and angioedema

When you say lumps all over your body, do your really mean everywhere or just at the sites where you inject? A reaction at injection sites is a known side effect, which is why you should always vary the injection sites as much as possible.

This may or may not be Byetta related ? However it doesn't appear to be a known side effect.
Having seen this sort of thing before in a relative, it may well be Cysts ? This person was absolutely covered in the things.
You need to get an appointment with a skin specialist and have this checked out properly.

There is a condition called folliculitus that some diabetics are prone too.Check it out with your doctor.
