I have GDM (currently 18weeks pregnant) and have been taking insulin since week 8 as my BG levels were high immediately after I got pregnant.
This is my second GDM pregnancy, after the first one I took an OGTT test and the results came back normal, no insulin resistance whatsoever, my insulin levels were normal low.
This time I got a c-peptide test and it is 0.94 ng/mL.
No antibodies tests yet.
Do you thing that there is a chance that I may be developing LADA or T1D? Or is this normal in GDM?
I’m 32 and skinny.
