it looks like a great step in the right direction. I await their next step.
 
It's a great step forward and I'll look forward to following their progress. Even better is the wider spread of Dr Unwin's methods and guides.

It's encouraging that the WA Government committee members are visiting Dr Unwin and others in the UK to track their ways of dealing with Type 2. Let's hope they treat it seriously and not just as a junket. Politicians have been getting bad press lately about these kinds of overseas trips unfortunately :(
 
Pete Evans should get involved in this. He’s a great ambassador type, and he’s as Aussie as.

Well done @Indy51. I am trying to encourage a pilot study/trial of LCHF for T2Ds in Adelaide with engagement of a private dietitian consultant to get round a certain roadblock + link it to a health area network (hospital/clinics/GPs),include research/translation centre - early days !! I love your idea of officials going to the guru !!
