I'llgo to a Summer Camp in tents with the scoots in a few weeks. First time as leader and the first time with diabetes. I am struggeling a little in the moment becsuse after a long honeymoonphase wirhout insulin i've started injectin again.
Have someone been in a camp or have some advises what to take care or any help?

Not really any different to managing your diabetes at home. You'll probably just want to make sure you have plenty spares. So spare lancets, test strips, spare pens (unless you are using the pre-filled ones), a spare finger pricker is also a good idea.

If the weather is looking like it's going to be hot, it's probably not a good idea to leave your insulin in the tent as it may get too hot and spoil. And if the weather is going to be really hot (I have no idea where you'll be by the way), you may want to look into getting something like this to carry your pens around with you:

Thanks for your Answer Grant . I have already taught about taking enough supplies and I already have a FRIO Wallet. By the way we are at 1600 meters above sea in Switzerland.
