I have type 2 non insulin dependent my step daughter has type 1 her sugar can be 19 and she can eat something and do 20 units of insulin and her sugar will go down to 18 then 3 hours later it drops through the floor to 2
Then other times her sugar can be at 7 then she will eat something and do enough insulin to cover the amount of food she has eaten and it will be fine the 3 hours later it will spike to 18 then she has to take more insulin to bring it back back down any ideas for trying to bring it under control
