Hi.
You are already doing one of the best things and that is maintaining good blood sugar level control. Neuropathy is made worse and progresses quicker with poor control.
It unfortunately doesn't help to reverse the neuropathy but good control should help to stop it progressing as quickly.
I know it is scary when you start losing sensation and feeling but the main thing is to get into a habit of checking your feet regularly to check for any changes. And also checking shoes to make sure there is nothing inside or pins stuck in soles etc.
If we all get in a regular habit of doing this now even when still have sensations then you are more aware of your feel and will notice any changes or problems sooner.
Not sure if this helps but hopefully it does a little
