Can anyone help

Hi Peeps
Can anyone help me and point me in the right direction of an Ap to download to my Ipad so I can record my result's easily in mmol/L, the ones my DH downloaded for me have the other mg/dL so I don't want to be faffing with that one.
I need one that I can fill in the carbs I have eaten with a meal if anyone knows of one , I'm needing to record for the DAFNE course...a graft whatsit would be good too
