I did have myfitnesspal but it doesnt focus on carbs at all. I'd prefer not to pay if possible

Carbs & Cals or if your cooking from scratch there's Cook & Count.

Hi are you looking for windows, android or iphone/ipad apps? I only ask that will affect the advice you are given. Personally I use an iphone and ipad and have gone through a lot of apps trying to find a decent one.

In my experience, if you want a freebie Myfitnesspal is as good as you are likely to find. It covers carbs for most foods, its shortfall is that anyone can post nutrition information, which will only focus on what the poster is interested in. If you are prepared to pay Carbs and Cals offer one, it is about to be updated but if you buy the current version the update will be free. they also produce a book of the same name.

I find I spend ages searching for stuff on myfitnesspal unless i create my own. Its been a while so I might have another look, see if we can get along, lol.

I have an iphone and ipad

I googled carbohydrate counter and downloaded one onto my tablet it is fairly basic but I am OK with that

I find myfitmesspal works for me. Does the attached show what you need? You can set your daily limits and then track nutrition against it. The good thing is so many foods are on there.

I do have the premium version so maybe there is a difference - I paid to access more features and it was fairly reasonable.

I used to use myfitnesspal but found the database was almost identical to the one on the argus fitness app so went over to using that. Personally other than carbs and cals I haven't found an app that I really stick with. Most are just aimed are Americans and the few that aren't don't have a brilliant database. Of the freebies argus and myfitnesspal are probably the best I've found so far
