I would contact the above solicitors they will know of precedents that might help you case & also European employment law in view of the fact you are at the appeal stage contact them urgently so they have time to work their magic even if you loose the appeal there is still European law don't give upI agree try https://www.thompsonstradeunion.law/about/our-work-with-trade-unions Solicitors who specialise in employment law will give you advice If you are in a trade union if you have to proceed the union may pay.
Trust me They are Good (you Don't have to be in a trade union.)
