Hi Everyone,

Few months before I was diagnosed T1D and I still remember my first post on this form just after few days of diagnosis . Now I am maintaining my glucose tracking sheet as google spreadsheet on google drive. I am able to keep my keep my blood sugar in normal range with rare hypo. I have also started LCHF few days before and it looks quite promising. I would like to share my glucose tracking sheet as my signature . Please let me know if it is OK with the forum guidelines. I have seen many peoples have mentioned there drug dose and A1C is signature and I just I want to share my tracking sheeet :).

Thanks

Hey @OMdev - Please do share your sheet, it's all part of your diabetes management so would be good to see it ;)

Ok..here is the later update : I was diagnosed T1D in november last year and my HbAIC was 12.6 . I got chance to visit USA in feb for official work. I had to get my HbA1C done in feb before leaving to USA but due to immediate USA trip plan I was not able to get it done. I tried to get my A1C done in USA but they don't accept India doctor prescription.I lived in USA for 2.5 months and closely monitored my diabeties and experimented with my diet . I was alone there so I got lot of time to search Internet for good diet to control T1D and keep in stable in normal range. I switched to low carb and high fat diet which reduced my insulin dose to half and blood glucose is also in very much control. Below 90 mg/dl fasting, below 140mg/dl after meal. I am back India and got my HbA1C and it is 4.9 . I know this figure is unbelievable but when I think back and remember my daily glucose readings that I am not very much surprised. I got this test at a leading pathology lab here in India. Also after switching to low carb diet which in turn reduced my insulin dose so rarely face hypoglycemia . :)

While searching for motivation to control my diabeties I liked some content which I want to share:

# Search for Troy Stapleton on Youtube.

@Forum Admins: I know cross posting in forums is not a good thing but I want to post the same content in the first post which I had on this forums after diagnosis. It will boost my motivation . Hope it is fine.
