By the way as I have blurred vision at the moment ( and waiting for wonderful time when it goes ...going to celebrate) I woke up this morning to do a blood test only to find out that my machine wasn't working . It took a brief moment as I was mistakenly holding a mobile phone...you can image how I felt

I know the feeling well Robert. Had those pesky eye drops in for eye exam and needed a white stick the rest of the day. Also Top Tip - Do NOT answer your mobile phone whilst doing an injection. I learned this the hard way when the needle went into my dome...ouch ! Lol

On Saturday night, my lovely teenager, unknown to me, was videoing me on her ipod, I was in the kitchen and my teenager likes me to do the 'meow' song and I was singing it, then I had to get on and stood in the middle of the kitchen like a statue ( helps me to concentrate) as I didn't know where my carbs book was, teenager said it was on the table, I said "ohhhhhh, so you hid it " and then I saw what she had videoed, well, I was in fits of laughter, I just couldn't stop and my sides were hurting so much, we were both laughing , god did I look funny on the video, hilarious and I hadn't laughed like that for such a long time, laughter is great medicine to take Great thread
