Can someone give me advice please?

I'm honestly at the point i want to scream and scream and just not have diabetes anymore, i'm so so so done with the constant struggle with my blood sugars and i don't know what to do, honestly

I find it helpful to remember that other people have it worse, it sucks sometimes but there is no point getting upset over it, as sadly, there is nothing that can be done.

I almost died when I was diagnosed (long story involving Lucozade and ambulances), but hey, I can still manage, and you will too.

People of the forum are here for you :)

P.S - This was my first post on this forum

Hey Louise

Your not alone and feel free to talk away. I was diagnosed at 15 so I will never full understand where you are but I have a slight insight. There are lots of methods out there that can help physically pumps c g me the course etc I guess I can hear as my consultant says your chasing your tail a lot which is exhausting and can make us feel blue. I wonder when you feel blue if there is anything that might help? For example sometimes for me it's playing with my hamster sleeping or watching a silly movie. I wonder if that might help?

Remember your doing awesome even if it might not feel like it. D can be a battle at time but your fighting and all people on battle need a tea break.
All here for you hugs
