Im struggling anyway to reduce my blood sugar levels after mis-managing my diabetes throughout lockdown. However, I had my 2nd jab on Saturday and my levels have been high, this morning it was 16.5 despite eating keto now for the last 2 weeks!

As has been said many times before, there are many things which can affect our blood sugars including food, drink, exercise, stress, illness, vaccines, ...
So, yes, the covid jab may raise your blood sugars.
If you take a search (using the field in the top right of every page), you will see a number of threads discussing this.
The reactions have been varied - some see a rise, some see a fall and some see no impact. Another example of how we are all different.

It is a shame that doctors do not share something like this with us when we are diagnosed to help us understand and manage our condition

Several have reported this effect from vaccines. A search will show several other threads on this. 16 does sound like quite a high effect though (depending on what’s normal for you that is)
