Can You Help Me With Some Place Names In Wales And Suffolk Coast Please?

Hi, I spend some time transcribing for dementia diaries. I'm not familiar with the names of places in the UK so I'm hoping someone here will know how you correctly spell and identify the following:

Aberwishworth in Wales
Arlborough on the Suffolk coast
Birmingham most likely in Wales
Sax, Mund and Bellows - a cycle shop near Berryster Edmunds or Stowmarket

Aberystwyth in Wales

Aldeburgh in Suffolk

Saxmundham / Bury St Edmunds......both in Suffolk

Birmingham is a city in England, not in Wales

Don’t know about cycle shop but the town is Bury St. Edmunds

...found a motorcycle shop called Bowers Motorcycles in Bury St Edmunds......closest I could get to ‘bellows’...

I figured it out.. it was Saxmundham Borough (not that different from Sax, Mund and Bellows lol)! Thank you for looking though and thank you too, Lilymp69!

I was going to say about the places in suffolk as I live in suffolk but the place names gave been asbswered xx
