Hi everyone,
I have been a type 1 diabetic since the age of 9 and now at 29 I also have diabetic retinopathy (I have had two eye operations already). I am remaining positive and want to help others. I am starting a new charitable website which will be a social networking & social movement site for people with medical adversities/disabilities. Right now I am carrying out a feasibility study to ensure that all features and material published on the new website is engaging and relevant. Could you help by carrying out a short survey of 12 questions? If you feel you could help in any other way or wish to leave feedback or comments about the project please add them to the website.
