Hi, sorry for the daft question but, I drink about 10 cups of green tea a day I switch between lemon and cranberry flavours, apart from the tea all I drink is water, is there any harm I could be doing please?

Not sure and the question certainly isn't daft, I know green tea has a low caffeine content but unsure if it's unsafe in high volumes, I only ever drink 3 mugs a day max so think it probably does more good than harm :)

I have to admit to being a recent convert to green tea, (I love the jasmine and lemon flavoured ones from Sainsburys!). I tend to drink 6 to 8 cups a day and there have been no ill effects so far!! I actually feel better for avoiding coffee and the flavours of the tea are a yummy alternative without the caffeine hit!! :0)
