There is a short article about this on the front page of DCUK but it does not tell the whole story.
The study was carried out on Type 2 diabetics who had been hospitalised with problems associated with diabetes but there was no indication as to what there problems were. It makes one wonder if they had difficulty controlling their diabetes. A study is needed on Type 2's who have not been hospitalised because of their condition.
