Rights. Us humans have rights, whether the law contradicts this or not is another statement. But the truth of the matter is Cannabis has many other use's rather than just recreational use. In recent history, a study progressed that included 4,600 men & women. Among them 48% had inhaled Cannabis, 12% were current users and 40% had never induced the substance. In the 5 year study, scientists concluded that the current marijuana users showed fasting insulin levels that were 16% lower than those of former or never users, along with a 17% reduction in another measure of insulin resistance as well.

This is an amazing discovery and progress should defiantly progress, despite society's prejudges.

There have been many long threads on this subject if you run a search. There was very good arguments for and against. As for your scientific research, for every positive study, there's a negative one too. I have no strong issues either way. Tried it when I was younger and just made me want to eat anything in sight. Live and let live but as of now it is an illegal substance.

True, but would you agree that is someone has the right to drink alcohol then one should be allowed to smoke cannabis recreational or for a purpose? If you look into both substances you will see that alcohol has caused numerous deaths whilst the death toll on cannabis remains at a 0.
