Cannot believe I'm 20 weeks already!

Eeeek so I'm now just over 20 weeks. hba1c is 6.2 and the changes to the back of my eye that were there 2 months ago have reduced.

Next is the cardiac scan in 2 weeks! Time is flying by!

I've been told that because my hba1c is below 8 I will not have a cardiac scan! Congratulations, so exciting!

You sound as if your doing amazingly well , and your hba1c is great . I hope your scan went well and baby is doing good .

Congratulations! I'm 22/23 wks now. The cardiac scan is great fun because it's in 4d. I only had it with my first over 8 years ago. The hospital changed the policy after that so diabetes on it's own didn't qualify as enough of a risk factor. Enjoy!
