Hi. Two things. First what sort of diet are you having? Are you low-carbing? Also, you don't appear to be carb counting with the fixed 10 units of Bolus which is quite high. I wonder whether you are taking more carbs ot match the 10 units of Bolus whereas you should be keeping the carbs down and matching the insulin to that carb level per meal? Note that insulin never causes weight gain but it enables the body to metabolise any carbs you have which in turn can cause weight gain. The DN was not correct in saying reducing the Basal reduces weight gain as such.
