Hi sorry, I feel a bit daft but im getting completley confused, I cant find some of my posts....I was looking for advice and support this week and and getting so brain foggy i dont know what im doing... im looking where I thought I should be but im not finding threads ive started.....thanks

hi thanks.... I still cant find other posts I've written recently as im working on low to no carb and I could have done with some advice and other peoples thoughts......don't know why I can't see them....
