Please be aware that the fibre content that I quoted was expressed as 'dietary fibre' which includes both soluble and insoluble fibre, You can only ignore the non soluble fibre in terms of carb counting. Not entirely sure of this but there is a definition of Net carbs elsewhere on the LC forum.
