I know I have a blog and did a review on this product but I though that I should let you all know about it as well. I found an amazing android tool called Calorie Counter by http://www.fatsecret.com. Now if you count your carbohydrates than you're gonna love this bit of kit. It has in it a list of foods neutritional information, from super market brands like tesco, asda, sainsburys, and popular food brands (warburtons breads), AND popular resturaunt brands (gregs bakers, mcdonalds, burget king, beefeat, carvery) all on it. All their products are already in this software. Not only that but when you eat something, if you add it to the software it will keep a running total of calories, fats, carbs, and protiens per day AND PER MEAL so you can effectively manage your insulin dose.
This software does all this and the most amazing bit about this software...IT FREE!!! Totally, %100 FREE!! No signing up for anything if you don't want to, no needing email address, nothing. Just download it to your android phone, Iphone, Ipad, tablet PC whatever and us it. It is the number one greatest diabetes management app to date in my oppinion. Check it out!!!
