My friends are avid weightwatchers, but tbey cant do cars and points.. Mind you they been ww for 10+ years, and they just cant get their geads around counting carbs at all.. They aren't diabetic.. But it leads to interestingconversations between us.. I can't understand them converting everything to points.. Or only eating ww. products.. When the majority of food unless buying fresh veg is already marked with carbs... To me it would be far, far tooooo much hassle to do both.. Especially when carb counting and reduction can so greatly improve everything ...
