I've recently started carb counting using the Accu-Chek Aviva Expert meter. My blood levels are running a bit high but it's early doors & no doubt the insulin ratio will change when more data has been produced.
Carb counting has been easy at home, I was given the "Carbs & Cals" book and adding up the carbs from the packet/tin is no problem at all. I've yet to eat out and I'm assuming this is where things could get a bit more difficult to get right.
So could anybody recommend a mobile app or website that could me get the information I need while I'm "on the go".
