Carb Counting books

Hi,

I was thinking about buying a good book on carb counting. I've been doing carb counting since I was diagnosed (12 years ago). I'm still able to count and adjust my doses effectively, but I feel like I need some review.

Is anyone able to recommend me a good book?

The Carb Calorie & Fat Bible is an excellent reference for carb counting, there's some pocket size guides available by Collins Gem for when you are shopping or eating out.
