Carb Counting guide/list needed

Does anyone know where I can download a carb counting guide, i.e a document that lists all the foods and their associated carb value? I've mislaid mine. :?:

Can I suggest buying the Collins Gem carb counter book,small,fits in pocket ,inexpensive and packed with info.

I'm with Sugarless Sue... great pocket sized book covers way more than I've found on any internet site.
That coupled with pocket GI guide and I'm a walking food content anorak!!!

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the suggestions. I actually got my carb list from the Leicestershire Diabetes people as suggested by Phoenix originally when I attended their DAFNE course so it's an exact replacememnt! When I get more organised I'll see if I can get a copy of the Collins Gem carb book too so thanks.
