Carb counting-is this right?

I love this idea, I think I will do one too. Test meals and record you BG, then next time you can refer to your diary. Brilliant!! Thanks for yet another useful tip :thumbup:
 
Collins Little Gem Calorie Counter and Carbohydrate counter are inexpensive little books, which will give you data on hundreds of foods.
It might be worth weighing your potion of veggies just once or twice, so you can get your "eye in"

Hi Hana, due to recommendations here, I ordered a copy of Collins little gem carb counter yesterday, can't wait for it to arrive. I paid £3.18 with free P&P from Amazon.
