Carb Counting with Hello Fresh?

Hi everyone!
We have been making use of the Hello Fresh service for a while now, and have been loving the variety of easy meals. The recipe cards give all nutritional info which is really useful for carb counting too!
I went onto the DANA pump in November (and was using the omnipod for 6 months prior to that), and it's working brilliantly for me. But I have an annoyingly high CIR (carb to insulin ratio), I'm on 1u for every 6g carbs for my evening meal, which is NOT helpful for weight loss. But i digress.
In the early days with Hello Fresh, I noticed I was going quite badly hypo in the evenings, and most meals were showing in excess of 80-90g carbs. If we ate out or had anything that wasnt a Hello fresh, my 1:6 ratio worked fine, no hypo.
So, is it possible that the "carbs per portion" section in the nutritional info is actually showing carbs for the full meal (for two people)? Has anyone else had this problem before? I'd consider that my ratio has changed with having better control but it works for everything else that I eat in the evening
Thanks
Shannon

Just a wild guess here, but if they use Google to calculate the carbs per portion, the fibre could be included in the carbs.
This is standard in the US, and whenever I used Google for carbs the main source is the USDA even though I am in Europe.
In the UK, fibre is listed separately whereas in the US fiber is part of the total carbs and you have to subtract them to get 'net carbs'.

Thank you! I'll have a look into this, as I cut the "carbs per portion" down by half of what it said tonight and I still went hypo
