If you concentrate on eating high carb foods you might end up as a bag of bones with a big waist. Now that you have the excellent Carbs and Cals book you can increase your calorie intake while staying low carb. You don't go with BMI I am a bag of bones with No variations.
Good answer! but first the pounds. If you concentrate on eating high carb foods you might end up as a bag of bones with a big waist. Now that you have the excellent Carbs and Cals book you can increase your calorie intake while staying low carb.
Looked at it and couldn't find anything useful. Besides, nowhere they mention T2 with insulin. I feel that this group is falling between the cracks. SadThere may be some useful information on the DAFNE (Dose Adjustment For Normal Eating) website:- http://www.dafne.uk.com/
Have you not been on a course like Xpert ?Looked at it and couldn't find anything useful. Besides, nowhere they mention T2 with insulin. I feel that this group is falling between the cracks. Sad
I am under wieght putting a few pounds is what I needGood answer! but first the pounds.
I went on Friday and on principle have a good understanding of how things are meant to work. I did ask what the differences are in terms of insulin treatment, but did not get satisfactory answer. I even asked whether the resistance to insulin affects the injected insulin. They said yes. But still didn't explain better. My way of thinking is that if you are resistant, then injected insulin may be also unaffected.Have you not been on a course like Xpert ?
